What is the difference between a sauna room and a steam room ?

A sauna is a hot room and best enjoyed at a temperatur around 70-90 Degrees C with a humidity 20 to 30 % . A steam room is a wet room, 100% humidity and best enjoyed around 40-50 Degrees C
